As one of the original NewSound employees, I began my career as a Patient Services Coordinator in 1998, working toward getting my hearing instrument specialist license in 2010. During my 18 years with NewSound, I have insisted on providing the best possible patient experience, going above and beyond to ensure that my patients are hearing their verified best.
I received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2014 NewSound Conference. I was also featured in the Business Accolades section of the Victoria Advocate and was featured in an article in the All Things Crossroads county wide business magazine. I am married and have two sons attending high school and college.

They have a very good facility with good staff. The audiologist was very good. The only problem is with price of the models of hearing aids. This is the only problem with their facility.
