Hearing Instrument Specialist
As one of the original NewSound employees, I began my career as a Patient Services Coordinator in 1998, working toward getting my hearing instrument specialist license in 2010. During my 18 years with NewSound, I have insisted on providing the best possible patient experience, going above and beyond to ensure that my patients are hearing their verified best.
I received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2014 NewSound Conference. I was also featured in the Business Accolades section of the Victoria Advocate and was featured in an article in the All Things Crossroads county wide business magazine. I am married and have two sons attending high school and college.

I am a second generation hearing aid specialist, beginning my career under my mother and father Marvin and Loretta Hampton of Hampton’s Hearing Aids Services. I worked for them for 21 years, and then Hampton’s merged into NewSound Hearing Aid Centers. I take pride in my skill of putting broken hearing aids back together and have a combined 33 years of experience saving hearing lives.
I enjoy being a grandmother to Khyler and Malia, who keep me busy attending dance, karate, basketball and soccer. I also enjoy an active church life and reading to relax. I am the biggest Mickey Mouse fan in the world!
