As one of the original NewSound employees, I began my career as a Patient Care Coordinator in 1998, working toward getting my hearing instrument specialist license in 2010. During my 18 years with NewSound, I have insisted on providing the best possible patient experience, going above and beyond to ensure that my patients are hearing their verified best.
I received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2014 NewSound Conference. I was also featured in the Business Accolades section of the Victoria Advocate and was featured in an article in the All Things Crossroads county wide business magazine. I am married and have two sons attending high school and college.

I am a certified Optician with over 20 years patient relation care in the medical Ophthalmic dispensary in Victoria, TX. I bring service and excellence to the hearing community as I stay motivated in the field of helping patients not only to see better but now to hear better.
I enjoy long runs and being outdoors with my husband, daughter and two determined Schnauzers.

Patient Care Coordinator
Tracy is a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO) professional with over 13 years of experience in the medical field. Earning their certification in 2021, they have dedicated their career to providing exceptional care and support to patients. In addition to their expertise in eye care, Tracy got her Medical Assistant certificate from Victoria College (2013), further enhancing their ability to contribute to the healthcare sector.
Outside of their professional life, Tracy has a deep love for music, cooking, and is a passionate sports fan, always finding time to enjoy these hobbies when not focused on patient care. With a well-rounded personality, they bring a compassionate and dynamic approach to both their work and personal life.
