As one of the original NewSound employees, I began my career as a Patient Services Coordinator in 1998, working toward getting my hearing instrument specialist license in 2010. During my 18 years with NewSound, I have insisted on providing the best possible patient experience, going above and beyond to ensure that my patients are hearing their verified best.
I received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2014 NewSound Conference. I was also featured in the Business Accolades section of the Victoria Advocate and was featured in an article in the All Things Crossroads county wide business magazine. I am married and have two sons attending high school and college.

I am a certified Optician with over 20 years patient relation care in the medical Ophthalmic dispensary in Victoria, Tx. I bring service and excellence to the hearing community as I stay motivated in the field of helping patients not only to see better but now to hear better.
I enjoy long runs and being outdoors with my husband, daughter and two determined Schnauzers.
