The NewSound Hearing Aid Centers of Victoria happily serves individuals throughout the community. Our office opened in 2001 and is composed of highly skilled staff including Clinician Carol Tristan, Lab Technician Cindy Hampton, and Patient Care Coordinator Nancy Schott. These wonderful professionals provide a wide variety of solutions for patients suffering from hearing loss and tinnitus.
Carol has a seasoned background in the hearing industry. Carol was raised in Victoria and has also worked at our office since 2001. She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of hearing loss. Carol is highly qualified in fitting hearing aid patients and performing comprehensive hearing evaluations.
Cindy Hampton, also a Victoria native, is skilled at repairing hearing aids, even those with extensive damage. Once a week, she travels to our Bay City office to assist. Nancy Schott, a proud resident of Victoria, has been with us since 2011. She is a great asset to the team and prides herself on providing superior service to each patient.
